file (37699 C.R.) it is reasonable to assume that

she may be attracted by this post, subordinate though

find in her record any evidence of her ability as a

piano-player, which also is mentioned in that paper.

If an offer is made to her it should presumably be

conditional on her filling the bill in this respect,

and since she is already getting £350 per annum and

has nearly six years service, she ought, I think,

to be started at £375 per annum (plus non-pensionable

residential allowance of £40 per annum) which is the

salary appropriate for one who has complcted the

probationary period mentioned in the paper of

particulars.
